Private Tour Design

Not every traveller wants to move at the same pace. In our private tour design service we build dates, route, accommodation level and activities together with you. Honeymoons, anniversaries, family holidays, friend groups and photography tours are the most requested types.

Process

1. Fill in the private tour request form; your adviser calls you within 24 hours
2. A draft programme and price are presented based on destination, budget and interests
3. Flights, hotels and activities are booked after revisions and approval
4. Travel documents, visa and insurance are completed
5. 24/7 support and a local guide throughout

Price and scope

Private tours are on average 20–35% more expensive than a standard package tour; a private driver, private guide and flexible programme make up the difference. There is no charge for tour design; a deposit is paid when the order is confirmed. The minimum is two people.

Sample private tour ideas

Some of the private tours we have designed: a four-day honeymoon in Cappadocia with a photography workshop, a wine and olive-oil route in Tuscany, a tea and beekeeping experience on the Black Sea, and a cultural tour of temples and zen gardens in Japan. Each was built around the traveller's hobby and interests.
