Each tour page lists 'Included' and 'Not included' item by item. Usually flights/transfers, accommodation, breakfast, guide, entrance fees and travel health insurance are included.

A per-person deposit of 5,000 TRY for domestic tours, 12,500 TRY for international tours and 30,000 TRY for long-haul tours is taken and deducted from the tour fee. It is not refunded on cancellations up to 45 days before departure; if the agency cancels the tour it is fully refunded.

Yes. The remaining fee can be split interest-free into up to three instalments or, on 6 and 9 instalments, with 1.79% monthly interest. The last instalment must end 30 days before departure.

No, the visa decision rests only with the consulate of the relevant country. Our visa support package provides document list, file check, appointment and tracking. Refund terms on visa refusal are set out on the Cancellation and Refund page.

Yes. For solo travellers, a room-sharing price with a same-sex traveller applies (if available); otherwise the single-room supplement is paid. The single supplement is stated on each tour page.

Yes; there is a 25% child discount for ages 2–12. On some tours (e.g. Nile cruise, Japan) the pace is intense, so your adviser will inform you about suitability by age.

Group size is between 8 and 24 people. The minimum number of participants is eight; if it is not met the tour may be cancelled up to 21 days before departure.

On international tours compulsory travel health insurance is included in the price (50,000 EUR limit for emergency medical costs). Optional cancellation insurance is 850 TRY per person.

On flight tours the airline's baggage allowance applies (usually a 20–23 kg suitcase plus 8 kg cabin baggage). On coach tours one suitcase up to 25 kg is carried. Details are in the contract and travel documents.
